Responsibilities include but not limited to:*

• Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Form a good understanding of customer’s urgent HVAC, plumbing & electrical needs.
• Communicate with empathy and operate with urgency, while maintaining a professional and polite phone manner.
• Make outbound calls.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Attend training as provided and required for professional growth.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.

Requirements:*

• Customer service experience 2 year preferred but not required.
• Enjoy a positive work environment.
• Exceptional and positive communication skills.
• Customer Service experience.
• Patience.
• Good computer skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working under pressure
